We have multiple options to solve this depending on your preference. Ultimately, we will need to separate your personal phone number from your business phone number.

Option 1: We get a new business number for you and let all your current customers know of the change.

Option 2: We dedicate your cell phone number to the business and you get a new number for personal use.

How will I know my assistant is performing?

You and your assistant will be in constant contact so it will be extremely clear how they are working inside of your business. In addition to this you will have your own customer success manager who will help to manage your assistant as well as provide you with daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding performance.

What if my assistant leaves?

We will immediately fill their position with another assistant while we begin the process to hire you a new dedicated assistant for your business. This is all at no additional cost to you.
